Returns, Damages & Cancellations
Your satisfaction is important to us, and we take great care in ensuring every order arrives safely and as expected.
Damages & Defects
If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery so we can initiate a claim. Photos of the item and packaging will be required to support the claim. Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement where appropriate.
Please note that damage claims reported after the 24-hour window cannot be accepted, and all sales will be considered final.
We recommend inspecting your items immediately upon delivery to ensure any issues can be addressed within our claim window.
Cancellations
We understand that plans can change. Orders may be cancelled free of charge within 48 hours of purchase, provided production or supplier ordering has not yet begun.
After 48 hours, orders can no longer be cancelled, as items are typically ordered or placed into production with our suppliers shortly after purchase.
Made-to-Order Items
Made-to-order products — including upholstery, custom furnishings, and art — are final sale once order confirmation has been sent by email. These items are created specifically for you and cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.
