Ordering, Delivery & Claims Policy

We carefully curate and source products from a variety of trusted suppliers and manufacturers. As a result, all sales are final and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.
Damages & Defects
We take great care in ensuring every order arrives safely. If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
To initiate a claim, please email our team with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the original packaging
Once reviewed, we will work directly with the supplier or manufacturer to determine an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement parts or a replacement item.
Damage or defect claims reported after the 24-hour notification period cannot be accepted.
We strongly encourage customers to inspect all items immediately upon delivery.
Product Variations
Many of our products are crafted from natural materials or are handmade. Variations in colour, texture, grain, veining, finish, dimensions, and other natural characteristics are inherent to the product and are not considered defects. These variations are not eligible for replacement, return, exchange, or refund.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been submitted to our supplier or entered production.
Once an order has been placed with a supplier, entered production, or shipped, it cannot be cancelled, modified, returned, or refunded.
Made-to-Order & Custom Items
All made-to-order, custom, special-order, upholstered, and personalized items are final sale upon order confirmation. These items are produced specifically for each customer and cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.
Refused Deliveries
Refusing a delivery does not constitute a cancellation or return. Orders refused at delivery remain subject to our final sale policy. Any shipping, storage, redelivery, duties, tariffs, return freight, or handling fees incurred as a result of a refused delivery may be charged to the customer.
