Not the quality i was expecting

As a first time buyer of LD Shoppe products, I was excited when I received the shipment and then disappointed to open the Mary Pot and see the poor quality - looks like drips of glaze or paint(?) on the pot. Combined with the chipped bookends I also received, I am dis-heartened to say that I will not be purchasing any further products.
