**June 24th 2020 Update**

We are excited to announce the public re-opening of our showroom on July 2nd 2020! Our new temporary hours will be Tuesday-Saturday 10am to 4pm. Closed Sunday and Monday.

We are taking all necessary precautions to keep our clients safe during their visits which include limiting the amount of clients in the store at once, stringent and frequent cleaning of high touch areas, social distancing measures and protective glass shields at our checkout desk.

All clients entering the store must sanitize their hands and wearing a mask inside the showroom is encouraged.

Local Ottawa Pick Up:

Free local pick up is available at checkout for small and mid-sized products. Please only select this option if you are able to pick up locally. After purchase, a team member will reach out to schedule a pick up appointment when your order is ready. Please do not stop by without an appointment. When you arrive for your pick up appointment, call or text the store phone number (613-808-2213) and a team member will place your item on the outdoor pick up table. Please note we have moved pick ups to the front door. Once the team member has returned inside the showroom you may approach the table to pick up your item. Please note that we are unable to assist placing items in your car at this time. On July 2nd, pick ups will revert back to our back door.

Shipping:

At this time, the majority of our Furniture, Lighting and Rug suppliers that were impacted by shut downs have resumed shipping. Delays may be still possible due to shipping back-logs. Many of our top suppliers never closed and the majority are shipping on schedule.

All in stock store products (decor, books, pillows, etc) are shipping on schedule but with possible 3-4 day delays due to high volume.

In Store Returns:

Any days the showroom is closed will not count towards the 14 day limit for returns on eligible merchandise. If you have recently purchased an item that you’d like to return, you will be able to do so once we’ve re-opened the showroom to the public.
