Zamioculcas Zamiifolia, commonly referred to as the ZZ plant, is a popular houseplant for its ease of care. ZZ plants are stylish, attractive and long lasting.

The ZZ plant will accommodate a broad spectrum of light conditions, however doesn’t like harsh direct sunlight.
Water:
Aim for a heavy watering once a week, allow soil to dry out between waterings. Adapt accordingly based on how the soil feels.

Yes, but flowering is rare.
